  1. What is your Customization process?

    Our design process usually takes anywhere from 1–3 weeks depending on the complexity of the request. Once it is designed, we send it to you via email to proof and check for spelling errors. After design approval, we print, package, and ship it to you, or you may opt to pick up your order. We will contact you via email if we have any questions prior to designing or printing.

  2. I want to place my item purchased outside.  Is a sealant used to prevent the elements from affecting it?

    Yes, the wood will be coated in Poly-Acrylic sealant. We prefer this type of sealant to polyurethane because it is non-yellowing, unlike polyurethane.

  3. Do I have to have a PayPal account to purchase something or can I use a credit card?

    We accept PayPal or credit/debit cards to complete the payment transactions.

  4. Where are you located?
    We are located in Verona, KY, USA.

  5. What are your store hours?
    M - F: 5:15 pm - 7:00 pm
    Sat: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
    Sun: Closed

  6. What Is Your Return Policy?
    All sales are FINAL.  No refunds or returns will be given due to the customization of each piece, other than the first day of arrival if the item is not as the pictures show that were sent and approved by you prior to us shipping your item.

  7. What if I get my order in a damaged/bad condition?
    We take care not to damage your order after it has been packaged and shipped. If your order happens to be damaged, you can inform us via the Contact Form here and we will work together to ensure that we resolve any issues you may have. Please be advised that a response will be sent within 2448 hours after receiving your email.

  8. Do you offer Exchanges?
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via the Contact Form here. Once we receive the completed form, we will provide further instructions. Please be advised that a response will be sent within 24 - 48 hours after receiving your email.

  9. How long will it take to ship my items?
    Shipping times are only approximations. Your shipment may be delayed due to holidays, freight forwarding times, and logistics. You will be provided a tracking number on the day we ship your product. If you do not receive your order in the timeframe stated by your tracking number, please contact us via the Contact Form here immediately. Please be advised that a response will be sent within 24 - 48 hours after receiving your email.

  10. Can I purchase without registering?
    Yes. When you purchase an item, you will have the opportunity to register as a new user, login as a returning user, or purchase as a guest. If you register, it will be easier to send tracking information regarding your order.
